Six months in: 10,000 companies, and a thank you

Six months ago we opened formcel to our first private beta users. We hoped a few teams would take a chance on us.

Today, more than 10,000 companies and over 82,000 people build on formcel.

We are still a little stunned. Thank you.

You made this happen

When we started, we said enterprise power should not be gated behind enterprise budgets. That was a belief, not a business. You turned it into one.

Every clinic that moved its intake forms over, every agency that set up a client portal, every school that picked a region and stopped worrying about where its data lives — you trusted a young product with real work. We do not take that lightly.

You also told us what was broken, what was missing and what you needed next. Please keep doing that. Every message still lands with the people writing the code.

Where we are

The numbers keep surprising us:

• 10,000+ companies, each on its own dedicated instance and its own databases.
• 82,000+ users signing in to build forms, collect signatures, run workflows and answer their inbox.
• About 200 new companies every day, and recently around 2,000 new people every day.

What it means for you

Growth does not change the deal. Every customer, on every plan, still gets dedicated compute and isolated databases. More customers means more instances, not more neighbors on yours.

It does mean we are scaling our onboarding batches and putting even more time into the fundamentals: reliability, security and the features you keep asking for.
